At Star Christian Academy, we strive to provide a high-quality education while ensuring transparency in our financial structure. Our tuition fees support our commitment to small class sizes, exceptional programs, and a personalized approach to learning. Pre-K students must meet the age requirement of 3 for enrollment. Our admissions team will review all applications to ensure alignment with our school's mission and values. Tuition is due at the beginning of each month and are neither prorated nor refundable.

Enrollment and Curriculum Fees are mandatory and non-refundable for all students. These fees are required to secure enrollment. Refunds will not be provided for absences due to illness, vacations, holidays, or inclement weather. Tuition must be paid in full or through an established payment plan. Payments are due at the beginning of each month and are neither prorated nor refundable.

A late payment fee of 3% of the outstanding amount will be applied if tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month. For late pick-ups after 3:00 pm, a $10 fee will be charged, with an additional $1 per minute starting at 3:10 pm. A written notice of withdrawal must be provided at least 30 days in advance. Before Care fees are charged weekly, regardless of the number of days used. All tuition and fees are non-refundable.
